In-store pickup orders will be ready within 48 hours.
We carefully pack and ship orders every Wednesday, allowing us time to thoughtfully prepare each piece before it leaves our shop. If you selected expedited UPS shipping, your order will be packed and shipped as soon as possible. If you need your item more urgently please call us at 206-250-8853 or email us at Hello@redticking.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Due to the delicate nature of many of our pieces—including Astier de Villatte and other fine ceramics—an additional shipping charge may apply. This allows us to carefully pack each item to ensure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition. It's important to us that every piece reaches your home just as it left ours.
At this time, we ship within the United States.
White Glove & Specialty Delivery
For select oversized or delicate pieces, white glove delivery may be required. If your order qualifies, we’ll reach out via email after purchase to coordinate delivery details and collect any additional shipping charges. You will be charged at $50 shipping deposit at checkout with actual costs to be determined, we'll be in touch quickly to arrange delivery.
Some items may also be available for local pickup or require special delivery arrangements. If you have questions about a specific piece, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
